Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only—no refunds will be provided. Store credit must be used within one (1) year from the date it is issued. A flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thesmashedit.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Store Credit Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved. If approved, your store credit will be issued. Please allow time for processing after approval.
